BMW motor oil recommendation?
I read for Manuel. 2003 BMW 525i, and I follow this book, it said. 5w30 or 10w40 full synthetic motor oil with no additives with API SH speification or highter, but what brand of oil. I think im using and what type of fitler oil and place. autozone has agreed to this.
You want to use. Mobil1 Synthetic European Formula 10W40. Your car comes loaded with a factory. Mobil1 synthetic and should be changed with it. Usually you can find a better collection of parts and oil usually costs between 11-14 dollars a quart, depending on your location. Any use other brands of filters. It could be suicide for your engine.
