This ridiculous, but I put my mug of coffee on the dashboard. Because I have my hands full as I entered my car. As I sit in the driver's seat of learning. slipped and spilled coffee down the radio page. Radio still works. Main button to open and close, but still no buttons work. I can change channels and volume of vehicles, but wheel button does not work. I have to store it. They said I need a new radio. – 782 dollars. Is how to recover without having to buy new radio what it still work? I am sick over this. I just put students in the running. 15 seconds at one expensive cup of coffee! Please help.
Hello, my husband never. BMW is (20 + years.) He said what he will do this is with a clear, clean. Water and dried with compressed air. You will need to use the radio from the car and removed a very carefully. Clean only with water and dry it completely. (He said the best way is to compress the air). Trying not to put back together before it is dry all the corrosion and cause problems down the road. If this is what you can do. Skype is worth, but if you are not sure you can not try.
