Percentage of negotiations before the BMW-owned car?
I plan to purchase certified pre-owned. 2004 Z4 within the next few weeks. Most of the car I'm looking for a dealer. Are listed around $ 29,000. Because I paid cash. / Check what the actual price will be negotiated figure this out? 10% is too much / little?
