2,002 BMW 530i I purchased back in October. 2006 by Mercedes dealership. It has been sold at 42k miles. "as is." So, I agreed to buy insurance expansion:. 2 miles years/24k. I just found that my car was certified pre-owned and guaranteed by the truth. BMW for 100,000 miles or 6 six years (EXP 6/9/08). I called the dealership Mercedes and they mentioned that no guarantees. BMW and the car is not an owner. So they sold me the warranty expired. befores guarantee of BMW. I said that I felt trapped out. I paid $ 2465.00 for the warranty they sell because I will never use. They tell me they need to refund my money but does not. My client is offering $ 1000.00 "good will refund". To those rights. In the meantime, I am. out $ 2,465.00. Is there anything I do or not I think of the small claims court or contact. News Fox. Suggestions? No.
Took $ 1,000 and run! But you signed a contract to purchase and guarantee your work as a consumer to do your. Research before you are bound by any law. (Buy your insurance). I know that you have. 100k warranty … otherwise you will not have this assurance. Sorry is not the answer you want. However, if you go to court or call the news you may end with anything. To 1K!
